We believe that our realistic and researched operation and systematic solution to addressing youth development are effective and are working for the centre. The centre managed to operate for a period of 2 years without any budget and without a structure or a building to operate in, this it is because of the systems and strategies we use as our solutions.Dedication, teamwork, commitment and communication are our pillars.

CAPACITY BUILDING
If our staff members are performing well and at their level best, the whole organization is guaranteed success. So we strengthen our family bonds within the staff members. We hold daily operational talks and start our day with a commitment to serve the youth with all our hearts. Through our stake holders and funders initiatives and programmes we are able to capacitate our staff with required skills and experience that is needed to work with young people and community at large. We as UIC we play a major role in team building and moral support for our staff members.

INTERGRATED COLLABORATIONS
Our strength lies in collaboration with all relevant stake holders that play a direct role in youth development and those that play a supporting role.We believe that if we merge our capacity and those of strategic organizations, companies, and entities we turn to impact change in a major way and in a simple yet effective way because of broader means of financial source and services that are channel towards one goal.We aim at addressing the needs of young people holistically this assist in producing desired outcomes. Young people are more comfortable at their own familiar environment that is why most of our programs take place in the place where young people hang out. A young person is likely not to concentrate on a computer training classes when he is hungry or emotional drained. ACCOUNTABILITY
Unico Information Centre is registered with the department of social development as required by the NPO’s act in South Africa. We also comply with the public benefit organization as per sars (South African revenue service).We conduct a yearly annually general meeting where all the stake holders are invited to witness the accounting of the organization about its operation and budget.We believe transparency is the only best policy to enhance trust and cohesion between the community and the organization
